[t should be noted the same owner recently gained approval for a town housing development immediately north of the subject property. The developer's intent is to extend utility services along Lobb Avenue serving both the subject Single family lots and townhouse development. In conclusion, approval of this application is recommended. The. proposal conforms with the surroun ing !tand use and future development for the area provided for the Official Community Plan.
