Janna Taylor, Parks & Recreation Director SUBJECT: Wilson Centre Expansion Drawings That the firm of Cornerstone Architects. be retained to do the working drawings for the Wilson Centre Expansion. That the upset fee be $50,000 and that the fee be taken from the Parks Reserve. . The Parks & Recreation Committee and Bryan Kirk met with Simon Richards and Scott’ Kennedy of Cornerstone Architects on a : Wednesday, March 12th. Cornerstone Planning had-done the initial feasibility study on Wilson Centre. Mr.. Richards: went over. the various projects that they were presently involved with and indicated that their company was handling projects in the two to three million dollar range. Mr. Scott Kennedy will be a new partner in the company and he is an engineer which will give an added dimension to the company.
