RECOMMENDATION:

“That: to enable the provision of "Bed and Breakfast" facilities
in, the RS=-1 (Single. Family Res idential) zone for the duration
cet, Expo. 86. the City's Zoning Bylaw (and other Bylaws if
neces sary). be amended so as to permit, during the calendar year
1986, a maximum of 6 boarders ino not more than 2 rooms ina
single family. home. Jn order to. achieve a maximum of 6 boarders
the 2 rooms the. parking of 1. recreational vehicle on a
“property would be (permi itted, No” Signs would be permitted.
