Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., on Jovember 30th, 1981 and wherein Lot
34 is created be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
sign the said subdivision plan on behalf of the City and to affix

the corporate seal thereto.
