The Mun Ledpal Cotmnetl of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City: of Port Coquitlam,

being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlan Zoning By~law, 1979, No.
1651L"" is amended. by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to Lots
388 to 449, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of part of Lot "BE",

‘Block 4, Plan 21438, Parcel J (Explanatory Plan 15292), Lets 33 and 34,

‘Block 5, Plan 2797 and the portions of read to be closed shown cross-hatched

on the plan attached to the "Lyinood Street Read Exchanges By-law, 1981, Ko.

1807" all of the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Towuship 40, Now Westminster

District prepared by D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S. of Dyck & Associates, British
