Re: Local Improvement Fund Appropriation By-laws

By-law Nos. 1552, 1553, and 1554 received first three readings at the

Council meeting of August 8th, 1977, and are now available for final reading.

These By-laws authorize the taking of monies from the Local Improve~-
‘ment Fund to meet the owners' portion of the cost of the three works of Local.
Improvement constructed in 1976 on Invemess Street, Rindali ‘Avenue, and

Fraser Avenue.
