Eng., City Engineer Proposed Subdivision of a Portion of ‘Lot 295, Plan 50077 and of a Closed Road Allowance Pile S#17-77 Attached hereto is a print of the above mentioned proposed 9-lot subdivision. The road closure has,by separate memorandum, been forwarded to the Land Sales Committee for their recommendation to Council. At such time as the road closure recommendation has been considered by Council would you please place this proposed subdivision for Council consideration as well for a frontage exemption. Except as noted below the proposed Lots conform to the City's established exemption policy. - The lots in the northeast corner of the subdivision would comply ‘with the exemption policy if the. bulb of road allowance at the end of Sefton Street and Suffolk Avenue were extended further. it was felt in this case that the extra land would be better | ‘used as part of the proposed lot.
