December 8th, 1975 Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That as recommended in a memorandum from the City Engineer, November 27th, 1975, with respect to the proposed subdivision of Lots 50 & 51, District Lot 464, Group 1, Plan 27929, the required frontage exemption as set out in Section 712(2) of the Municipal Act, be provided therefor. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing proposed resolution, Alderman Mabbett suggested that City should be endeavouring to establish a time limit as to when the Department of Highways will do the survey and create a conforming building and lot by some means. Alderman Traboulay stated he was prepared to withdraw his motion if some commitment can be obtained from the Department of Highways as proposed by Alderman Mabbett, and Mayor Campbell advised that this could be done.
