CEMARKS:

Through the month of February, our concentrated effort against
property crimes resulted in a high clearance rate of illegal entries end
thefts. It also brought to light many associated crimes in drugs and norals.

A marked improvement in safety habits has been observed in bicycle
riding following public awareness through local newspaper coverege of our
enforcement programme in this regard.

A Volunteer Sponsors Programme has been developed by the Probation
Services. This brings selected persons from your community into a quidance
and counselling role to children and kin in their own environment,

The Criminal Justice System working from the one Justice Building
has developed a closer liaison ana rapnort between departments. Access to
resources and files of other departments has cut out a lot of duplication.
