The following convictions were
made in Terrace Magistrate's Court

Richard Cote, for having care
and control of motor vehicle while
impaired fined $125.
Vietor McPherson, theft of gas

from Terrace Transfer vehicle,
sentenced to two months. (The
Magistrate commented that a seri-
ous view Is taken of this offence
due to the many complaints).

Lavern Lagemodiere, possession
of stolen property, sentence sus-
pended but bound over to keep the

JOSEPH CLIFFORD WATSON
Creston, B.C.

Mr. Joseph Clifford Watson, og
Creston, B.C. resident of Willow
haven Rest Home for the past foul
years passed away at the Cresto
Valley Hospital on April 15, 196m
at the age of 87. 7

He was born at Wisbech, Engg
land on July 19, 1878, receiving he
education there. As a boy he am
