COUNCIL THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM MAR 15 1993 B Ww. 2 APR -5 1993 AUG 09 1993 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" 4ND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” to ensure consistency between therm; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: lL. Section 2.2 of Chapter "V DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS" of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” is repealed and the following substituted: “DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREA I - SOUTH MARY HILL This area is designated as a Development Permit Area under Section 945(4)(b) and (4)(e) of the Municipal Act for the protection of development from hazardous conditions and fcr the establishment of objectives and the provision of guidelines for the form and character of multi-family residential and commercial development. 1. Boundaries North: The north property line of Lot 2, Plan 85435. West: The center line of Mary Hill Road between the north property line of Lot 2, Plan 85435 and the center line of the Mary Hill Bypass.
