A By-law to amend the Annual Budget for The Corporation of the City of

BY-LAW NO. 1366

Port Coquitlam for the year 1974.

WHEREAS by By-law No. 1314, cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Annual
Budget By-law, 1974, No. 1314", passed pursuant to Section 198 of the “Municipal -
Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, and
Amendnents thereto, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam adopted the Annual Budget for the year 1974;

. ‘AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend the said Annual Budget 5

_. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: —
1. Schedule maM of the "City of Port Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law, (1974, No. |
1314" is hereby amended by substituting the amounts get forth in Schedule "aN"
to this By-law under the heading "1974 Amended Budget".
2... This By-law may be known and cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law, 1974, No. 1314, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1366".
