A relaxation to the rear and side yard is required to accommodate the design. The Planning Department has some concerns about the separation between buildings, which are expected to be resolved by the architect prior to the introduction of the amending bylaw. The setbacks along Prairie Avenue and Vincent Street have been reduced in accordance with the provisions of the Official Community Plan. Indoor and outdoor recreation areas and parking meet the requirements of applicable City bylaws.
