Retain existing concrete barriers and place a 1.2 metre high chain link fence across
full width of the Right of Way. Leave a one metre opening to allow pedestrian
traffic. Place one concrete barrier behind opening to act as a baffle. (See Option 2

sketch).

COMMENTS:

Option 1 is preferred as it is maintenance free as opposed to the chain link fence which could be
_knocked down, bent over etc. a :

Installing the concrete barriers or the fence will still allow horse movement and perhaps small
motor cycles through the opening, what they do is slow down the movement which was the

neighbourhood residents concern. | |
