(7) SIDE YARDS: {a) Where a lot borders on a highway, a side yard shall be provided adjacent to the highway, and shall be of the same depth as the front yard required pursuant to this Bylaw. For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height side yards shall not be less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth. For buildings exceeding six storeys in height, a yard equal to .3 of the building height is required on each side of the building. In no case shall the width of each side yard be less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) nor shall the total of both side yards be less than 40% of the total width of the building. HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS: (a) The height of principal buildings shall not exceed 30 om (98.4 ft.) measured from the natural grade. (b) The height of accessory buildings shall not exceed 4.5 m (15 ft.) measured from the natural grade. ACCESSORY OFF-STREET PARKING: Accessory Off-Street Parking shall be provided in accordance with Division 2 of 'Development Management Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242°." 7.
