THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2429

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (a) of Section 10 of the “Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426" ig repealed
and the following Substituted therefor:

(a) The charge payable by each owner and occupier of premises
for the service authorized by this Bylaw shall be $128.00
per annum and there shall be imposed, levied and collected
from each owner and Occupier, a special annual charge of
$128.00 for each of the premises herein defined."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Refuse
Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426,
Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2429",
