A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
: Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Counc! ] of The Corporation cf the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which fs

Plan 26223

New Westminster District

Is hereby rezoned from RM-4 (Multiple Family Residential) to RM-1 (Multiple

Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651" Is, hereby amended to retlect this rezoning. :

This Bylaw may be cited tor al! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1985, No. 2745",
