Oo May 16th, 1983 108 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam was heid in the Counci | Chamber, Port Coquittam City Hatt on Monday, May 16th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Kerytuk, E.W. Mabbett, D.J. Vater and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E, Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J. Maitiand, and Director of Community Plenning W. Brown. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Trabousay advised the following Proposed Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would naw be considered: *BL/01/83/05/ 16/01 Bylaw No. 1964: to amend the text of the Zoning Bylaw to include Section 19B: "19B Building Per Parcel (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), only one building in which a dwelling unit or dwelling units are located is permitted on each lot. (2) Whenever an owner makes application for a building permit to construct a dwelling unit on a tot in a one~family residential Zone which alread unit, and the owner makes sion to occupy the existing of the new one, it shall be lawfu| dwelling units on the lot simultaneously so long as the owner: (b) provides security in a form satisfactory to the City in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for all costs of so doing if the City causes the first dweiling unit to be demolished and removed."
