I now propose that we should submit these revised
budgets for the consideration of our respective Councils.
In that regard, I will be forwarding the same for consideration
by our Council at their meeting to be held on January 4th.

Under provisions of the Inter-Municipal Agreement
governing the operation of the Justice Building, if the budget
is not finally approved by the last day in February in any
year for the year under review, the budget shall be referred
to arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Act.

I shall be in touch with you before the last day of
February 1982 in regard to the disposition of the budget
insofar as the District Council is concerned.
