By-law No. 1731: to rezone Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 20, District Lot 463, Group 1, Plan 1997, New Westminster District, from RS-2 to C-4. This property is located at the North East corner of Mary Hill Road and Wilson Avenue and it is expected that a one storey retail/commercial building with approximately 8,185 square feet of retail floor area will be constructed on the property following completion of the rezoning procedures. It is anticipated that ‘ parking for 17 cars would be provided on the property. A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p-m., on working days, February 7th, 1980 to February 18th, 1980. All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
