(b) ALL that portion of Lot 16 of the North West \, of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 1329, which may be more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the westerly boundary of Lot 16 aforesaid, the said point lying N 0°32'22" Wa distance of 100.0' from the south-westerly corner thereof; thence, N 89°26'5S7" E and parallel to the southerly boundary of Lot 16 aforesaid a distance of 50.0' to a point; thence, N 0°32'22" W and parallel to the westerly boundary of Lot 16 aforesaid a distance of 221.73' more or less to an intersection with the northerly boundary of Lot 16 aforesaid; thence, S 89°32'15" W and following the said northerly boundary of Lot 16 a distance of 50.0' more or less to the north-westerly corner thereof; thence, S 0°32'22" E and following the westerly boundary of Lot 16 aforesaid a distance of 221.81" more or less to the point of commencement, containing by admeasurement 0.25 acres, be the same more or less; all shown included within the red outline on a By-law Plan prepared by G.H. Murray, B.C.L.S. and dated March 3ist, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto at er for the price or sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and in exchange for ‘those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding Section hereof. 3. That part of road shown dedicated on Plans 2674 and 5726, and outlined in green on the said plan of G.H. Murray, B.C.L.S., is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of ali kinds. 4. The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the roads in the North-West Quarter and North-East Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District. 5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port. Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts, and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to ‘affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. 6. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Nu-West Development Highway Exchange By-law, 1977, No. 1531".
