Re: Adjustments to Tax Levies

The Area Assessor has forwarded us a number of revisions required to the
1976 Assessment Roll to bring assessments into conformity with the confirmed
Assessment Roll. The adjustments are to correct errors or omissions in the

preparation of this Roll.

I have attached a copy of a memo from the Collector giving the reasons for
the adjustments and a summary of the effect of the adjustments on the current
Tax Roll. The Total Net Adjustment is a reduction of $7,927.91.

A resolution of Council is required to authorize adjusting the Tax Roll by
this amount so that the Tax Roll will agree with the final assessment figures.
