Land Use Contract - Horner Developments Ltd. -
Building at Shaughnessy and Whyte Streets

The Planning Officer, Mr. Lanson Lee, advises me that he will have a report
for Council on Monday concerning the Processing of a Land Use Contract for
the above-noted development. There are apparently one or two features to

the proposed building that do not fit either the C-3 or C-4 Zones and since
it seems likely that the City will be a major tenant with Library Development
and since this use is a 'p! type use rather than a 'C~3' or 'cC-4" use, a
Land Use Contract seems the advisable course to pursue.
