These funds are to be used for the development of amateur sport in Terrace and the surrounding area. The recommendations for this Legacy will be made by the Directors of the Terrace 1986 Winter Games Society, ac- cording to the Criteria developed by the Society Directors, and approved by the Chairman of the B.C. Games.
