executive a pay raise in
addition to its regular in-
dustry wage increase.

The 200 delegates voted by
about a 2-1 margin to raise
the Weekly Salary of union
President Tack Munro to

587.40 from $527.40,

Salaries Of the regional
Secretary-treasurer and
three vicepresidents were
raised to $550.69 from
$500.60.

The convention also
adopted a resolution to
launch a campaign to con-
vince beter p of the
need for one master
agreement for the British
Columbia forest industry in
1978.

formulas for reducing
working hours and they
called for political action in
support of the NDP.
