PROVINCIAL RESOLUTIONS Resolutions for the Annual General Meeting of the B.C. Chapter (Oct. 22/81) must be presented in writing to the Secretary (Margaret Donaldson, 3808 W. 26th Ave., Vancouver, B.C. V6S 1P4) no later than September 10/81. All resolutions must be provincial in scope. They should be accom- panied by background information setting out the rationale and giving supporting evidence. Any resolution received after the designated deadline will be con- sidered an emergency resolution. It must be presented in writing to the Secretary not later than noon October 20th. It must be accompanied by a rationale indicating the emergency nature of the resolution. NATIONAL RESOLUTIONS Resolutions for the Annual General Meeting of CPF must be posted in writing to the Resolutions Chairman (Harvey Linnen, 70 Marsh Cres., Regina, Sask. S4S 5R6) no later than September 24/81. All resolutions for CPF must be national in scope. They should be ac- companied by background _infor- mation setting out the rationale and providing supporting evidence. Each resolution must be duly moved and seconded by a CPF member. An emergency national resolution must be presented in writing to the Resolutions Committee no later than noon on the first full day of the National Conference (Oct. 23/81). It must be accompanied by a rationale indicating the emergency nature of the motion. The Resolutions Commit- tee shall decide whether it will be ac- cepted for presentation for the an- nual meeting.
