The Map of Development Permit Area No. Il following Section 2.3(3)(e) of Chapter "V
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS" of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is deleted and the Map of Development Permit Area No. II
attached to this Bylaw as Schedule | is inserted in its place.

The area extent of Development Permit Area No. I shown on Schedule "C” of the
"Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended to conform with the revised
area extent of Development Permit Area No. II enacted by Sections | and 2.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment
Bylaw No. 38, 1992, No. 2729".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all
members of the Council this 19th day of October, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of
all members of the Council this i9th day of October, 1992.

Determined that the amendment to the plan does not effect the District of Coquitlam, the
Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District this
19th day of October, 1992.
