(the "Society")

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

City Hall
2580 Shaughnessy Street
Port Coquitlam, B.C

V3C 2A8

(the "City")

WHEREAS the Society operates as a COOP a4 non-profit
townhouse in the City at 2435 Lobb Avenue (the "“coop");

AND WHEREAS the Society wishes to operate a daycare
centre in the community building of the coop and requires a

business licence from the City to so do; .

AND WHEREAS the Society wishes to enter into this
Agreement with the City to confirm that its daycare centre
operation will be Limited to occupants of the coop, so as to

comply with the City's bylaws;

NOW THEREFORE the parties hereto agree, in
consideration of the payment of $1 by the City to the Society,
the receipt. and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,

that :

1. The Society acknowledges and agrees that it is not

entitled to.operate a daycare centre in the. ‘coop
under the City's current zoning bylaw and:

licencing requirements for children other than

those living in the coop complex.
