The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. "Port (1) (2) (3) "304. Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is amended as follows: In Section 301, by addition of the following provision after "cp Comprehensive Development": "WD Waterfront Comprehensive Development” In Section 601, by addition of the following provision after “Institutional”: “Waterfront Comprehensive Development” WD 500 m2 20 15 m 30”. By addition of the following as Section 304: The plans prepared by Ron Hoffart, Architect, consisting of six sheets: Pl entitled “Proposed 18 unit condominium building" and "main floor plan” dated February 24, 1989 P2 entitled “Proposed 18 unit condominium building” and "2nd floor plan” dated February 24, 1989 P3 entitled “Proposed 18 unit condominium building” and "3rd floor plan including mezzanine plan” dated February 24, 1989 P4 entitled "Proposed 18 unit condominium building" and "elevations" dated February 24, 1989 P5 entitled "Proposed 18 unit condominium building” and “elevations” dated February 24, 1989 attached as Schedule "A" to Bylaw No. 2414 shall be deemed to be added to and form part of this Bylaw and shali be referred to as "WD plans". (4) "1202. By addition of the following as Section 1202: WATERFRONT COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (WD) (1) INTENT: The intent of this zoning district is to regulate applications for development along the Fraser River waterfront East of Pitt River Road along Argue Street.
