His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Rick Clough and Mr. Tom
Ivanore of the Thoroughbred Racing Foundation, along with Architect Mr. Bruno
Freschi, who were in attendance to give a presentation regarding proposed
development of the Colony Farm property.

That Appendix "A" of Bylaw No. 2353 be amended by changing the area shown
to be rezoned to RM-4 to RM-3;
