A Bylaw to amend the
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembied, enacts as
follows:

The Zone Designation of RS-2 (Single Family Residental)
assigned to: ;

(a) Lot 6, District Lot 232, Group One, Pitan 68514, New
Westminster District

(b) Parcel "H" (Plan with fee deposited 25132E) District
Lot 340, Group One, New Westminster District

(c) Parcel "Cc" (Reference Plan 216), Block 21, District Lot
232, Group One, Ptan 1163,. New Westminster District

(d) Lots 5 & 6, Block 56, District Lots 288, 231 & 232,
Group One, Plan 2111, New: Westminster District

(e) Parcel "B" (Explanatory Pian 217), Block 21, District
Lot 232, Group One, Plan 1163, New Westminster District
Except: Firstly, Parcel! "A" (Reference Pian 8533), and,

Secondiy, Part subdivided by Pian 22337.

(#) Lot "Cc", Block tA", District Lot 340, Group One, Plan
11880, New Westminster District.

(g) Adjacent road allowances

is removed and the zone designations of RS-1A (Single
Family Residential), RS-1 (Single Family Residential), and
R$-2 (Singie Family Residential), as shown on a plan
entitled "Proposed Rezoning Plan" prepared by Hunter, Laird
Engineering Ltd., Consulting Civil Engineers, dated June,
1985 and bearing Job No. E1506P is applied.

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A copy of the plan referred fo in Section 1 Is attached To
this Bylaw and made a part thereof.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment

Bylaw, 1985, No» 2110".
