New Westminster, District = upset price $35,000.00

having been the subject of a tender call closing at 12:00 noon
on Thursday, October 6th, 1983 and no tenders therefor having
been received be kept avaiftable for sate by the City Clerk's
Office and that any offer received by the City Clerk prior to
12:00 noon, Wednesday, February 29th, 1984 equaling the upset
price or in excess thereof be transmitted to the Counci! for
consideration for sale."
