The Indenture between The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam (as Grantor) and The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam and the Port Coquitiam Branch of the Royal Canadian
Legion (as Grantee) relating to Lots 127 and 129 of District Lot
379, Group One, Plan 65842, New Westminster District and wherein
an easement is granted over a certain portion of Lot 127 in favour
of Lot 129 be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary Indenture on behaif of the City and to affix
the City's Corporate Sea| thereto.

the Port Coquitlam Tennis Club.

That the newly formed Port Coquitlam Tennis Club be permitted to
utilize, on a trial basis, the four courts at Reeve Street during the

tennis season on the following days and times:

Monday & Wednesday ~

Saturday -
Sunday - to 12:00 noon

One Sunday per month - to 6:00 p.m.

AND THAT should any minor alterations in time scheduling be
required, this be done directly with the Parks & Recreation
Department.
