Drive from RS-~2 to RS-1.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot A NW1/4 of sec.7,D..40,sk.257.

BACKGROUND: The subject property is immediately adjacent to the
proposed Cressey subdivision recently dealt with by
Council. Tf the rezoning is approved, a subdivision
of 12 lots will be created, including a large lot
for the existing house.

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that this rezoning
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
