A By-lev relating to che Gperstion and maintenance of Cemeteries,
the Muntetpal Council of The Corporation of ‘the Citv of Sort
Coquitise, tn open meeting Assenbled, enacts a¢ follows:
1. In this Sy~lav, unless the context otherwise vequires:

(a) “Caretaker” shall mean the persen or persons duly appointed or
employed by the Corporation from time to tine as Caretaker or Caretakers of
the Cemetery or Cemeteries of the Corporation of the City of Pore Coquiclan,

: {b)  “Cemecery” shall sean and include any parcel or tract of Land set
aside, used, tatetelned or operated as a Semetery by The Corporation of the
Clty of Poce Coquiziam,

{c) "Chey Fasineer” shall mean the Pereon duly appoirced as such fron
tine to tine by the Council.

(2) “Clerk” shall mean the person duly appointed as such froa Cina to
tise by the Council.

(e) “Corporation shall wean The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquittes.

(£2) “Council ghsti mean the Counc{1 of The Corporation of the City of

Port Cequitian.

(h) “Mayor” shall include the Acting Mayor,

(1) "Medical Reatth Offfcer™ shall nean the peraca duly appointed fron
tine to time by the Council to act as Medical Health Officer for The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitian,

(1) "Treasurer" ebell mean the person duly appointed as euch from tine to
time by che Counct].

The use of words signifying the assculine shall include the fenisina.

{b) Upun receipe of the tranefer fee prescribed tn Schedule "C" co chis

effect the desired tranafer by an endorsenent upon the Beense to that effect

FEES AND CHARGES
§. (a) The fees for faterment, Gisinterment, use of stave space, and care of
graves, aad the charges for geocda offered for sale by the Corporation for use
