He further advised that the Tax Sale Lands Expenditure (Library Furnishings) By-law No. 1457 had received departmental approval from Victoria, however in view of the new allocation of funds (in addition to the $13,700. previously allocated) that it would no longer be necessary to adopt this By-law and further suggested that the final adoption be withheld.
