Re: Storm Sewer Construction - Fraser Avenue — Vincent to Wellington

On Tuesday, February 10th, 1976 we were contacted by Mrs. D. Harck,
1638 Fraser Avenue and she advised that the residents were agreeable
to the above-noted construction off the advanced schedule provided in
the City's Local Improvement Charge By-law. -The cost per front foot
to the residents would be $9.00 and amortized over a 10 year period,
the annual charge would be $1.50 per front foot.

If Council wish to proceed with this construction work it could be
initiated by passage of the following resolution:

"That the City Clerk and City Engineer be instructed to undertake the
necessary procedures leading to the construction of a storm sewer on
Fraser Avenue from Vincent Street to Wellington Street on the advanced
construction schedule specified in the "Local Improvement Charge By-law,
1969, No. 912", ,
