Easton Sanitary Sewer users rate structure Accompanying this report is a set of 200 ft. co the inch plans on whiciy the following data are noted: Sewer users charge ~ rate t.e, City or Subdivider. Those cases in which there is some reason to question if the rate being charged is consistent with our present policies. These cases have been categorized as follows: Catepory IT - residence connected to City sewer but charged Subdivider rate. This category is shaded "red" on the plans. Category II — residence connected to Subdivider sewer but charged City rate. This category is shaded "green" on the plans. @ Category III ~ residence connected to City sewer and charged City rate, where the residence is a new building on a parcel of land in a Subdivision which required extension of a City sewer to service other lots in the Subdivision. This category includes two cases: (a) Where the newly created lots are not servicable into the Subdivision (e.g. 3300 Blk. Oxford). (b) Where the newly created lots are servicable into both the Subdivider sewer and the City sewer. (e.g. 3700 Blk. Inverness). This category is hatched "green" on the plans. &) Category IV =~ residence connected to Subuivider sewer but the owners of said residence non-participants in the cost of installing the main. This category is hatched "red" on the plans. Section II ~ Definitions (a) City sewer - a sewer main installed by or through the City. (b) Subdivider sewer - a sewer main installed by a Subdivider for the purpose of serving a subdivision. (c) City rate - the sewer users rate charged against a residence using a City sewer. Subdivider rate ~- the sewer users rate charged against a residence using a Subdivider sewer. Residence ~ a single family dwelling.
