Rez: 2634 and 2636 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

We applied for the necessary permits to install two signs in
front of our building. These signs would be installed under the
existing canopy. Our application has been rejected because it
contravenes the existing by-laws, in that the Canopy extends over
city property. These proposed signs are 3'x3'x7" deep.

We are requesting a relaxation of the by-law to allow these
Signs to be installed.

Enclosed please find our original applications along with two
$10.00 cheques. Also enclosed is a drawing of the proposed signs.
