Re: Ricard Subdivision - R#16/78 ~ 1730 and 1740 Westminster Avenue

There is a small strip of Imperial Avenue to be abandoned
and incorporated in the above mentioned subdivision and this has been
referred to the Land Sales Committee for valuation.

Council may recall that a similar transaction occurred in
the land to the east and that time the land was sold at $1.50 per square

foot.

The Committee recommends that the same valuation be placed
on this land. ‘The land created will be 20.0' by 315.65' which totals
6,313. square feet.

. The Committee recommends that the portion of road be abandoned
and sold the Developer at a $1.50 per square foot.
