Lou was bom in Edmonton in
Nov, 1919, He moved to Willow
River with his parants and sib-
lings, then on to a homestead
near Forestdala. Ha married
Margaret Gilgan in 1940,

Their first home was Pincha
Laka where he was amployed
at the mercury mine, In 1942 he
moved his family to Day Lake,
ran a sawmill business until
1948 then moved his family ta
Terrace where he rasided for
the remaindar ot his life.

All of his working years, in
Terrace, he was employed in
the logging industry. Firstly as a
faller and lastly as a Fallar’s
supervisor,

Lou has now [oined his wita
Margaret and his two brothers,
Bill and Georga, He will ba
sadly missed by his four sisters
Isabell and Edith (Burns Lake},
Jean (Kamloops), Becky (Barr-
iere). He will be remembered
always by his five daughters
Louise, Karen, Patricia, Sandra,
and Robbe and eleven grand-
children and four -great
grandchildren.
