The sexual assault category was the area with the largest decline and a decrease of one percent has been recorded for the category of crimes committed against public property. Several increases were recorded in break and enter incidents, residential crimes were up 19 percent and business premises were hit with a 54 percent hike. Also, drug related crimes have risen with up to 29 percent more cases. Over the year, so far, 14 percent more intoxicated people have been incarcerated. A decrease of five percent has been recorded for traffic collisions while enforcement of moving viola- tions has risen 39 percent.
