(Note: Issuance of this DVF is a prerequisite to the issuance of a Sign Permit). ee Engincering Department: Sign should be kept clear of the 9 m Right-of-Way from the property line at this location to allow for installation of services. (Note: The sign was placed approximately 10.5 m from the property line and clear of the Right-of-Way). DISCUSSION: As the site is over 17 acres in size, it is apparent that the maximum size and height for development signs, as specified in the Sign Bylaw, is inadequate to properly market a project of size. The sign is of high quality and is located entirely on private property with a 10.5 metre setback from property lines.
