Whereas in some instances, owners have been required, at the request of the: City, to
remove property lines thus creating 66 foot lots out of two 33 foots lots; and

Whereas it may be desirable to restore original property lines therefore restoring original 33
foot lots in some instances +i:hout creating new 33 foot lots;

Now therefore be it resolved that the Zoning Bylaw provisicas be amended in order to
permit the restoration of previously zoned 33 foot lots without creating new ones in
predominantly 33 foot lot areas."
