From the City Clerk, June 16th, 1993 regarding Register of Electors.
Moved by Councillor Gzidon:

Seconded by Councilles Keryluk:

That as the City Clerk has been ordered to prepare a new register of electors based on the
Provincial Voters List; that the City Clerk now be . uthorized and directed to destroy all previous
voter registration cards registered at the 1990 muzicipal election.

Carried.

NEW BUSINESS:

Councillor Gordon asked that a letter be sent to the Minister of Municipal Affairs inquiring
as to why there has been a reduction in the grant amount that municipalities may receive for
planning purposes.
