Freeman, City Clerk Deputy Administrator Rei Bylaws considered at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening: The following Bylaws, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing heid earlier thls evening, are available for third reading: Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2610 Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2611 Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of these bylaws for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the hearing can be fully considered. In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it is not possible for further representations from the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned. .
