Parking Agreement

RECOMMENDATION :

THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to endorse a agreement to rent
up to five parking stalls to Haida Office Supply to facilitate their

expansion.

AND THAT this agreement be registered as a restrictive covenant against
Lot B, Block 1, D.L. 379, Plan 14654.

This application is to renovate and expand the Haida Office Supply store. The
store was constructed before the City required businesses to provide customer

Approval of the agreement igs recommended. Encouraging downtown businesses to
update their buildings is an objective of the downtown revitalization plan.
