BYLAW NO. 2379

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which are more particularly described as:

North 150’ of Lot D
Section 6

Township 40

Plan 6824

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4

(Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2379".

Public Hearing held this 8th day of August, 1988.
