Covenant - 1089 Dominion Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking: _
Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the restrictive covenant relating to the building elevation of a
50 sq. me addition to the residence at 1089 Dominion Avenue be and the
same is hereby approved;

And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said restrictive covenant on behalf of the City and to affix the

City's Corporate Sea! thereto.

NEW BUSINESS:
Alderman Laking advised that Catered Affair would like the use of
Hyde Creek Centre Gymnasium free of charge for their Annual Christmas

Dinner on December 28th, 1986.

That Catered Affair have the use of Hyde Creek Gymnasium without -
charge on December 28th, 1986 for their Annual Christmas Dinner.
