DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the lands ‘herelnatter described are not required for municlpal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that:

1. Lots 24 and 25, Block 5, Distrlet Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2396, New
Westminster District; being 2349 Lobb Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be
sold to Frank Nick, 2337 Lobb Avenue, Port Coquitiam, 8.C. at or for
the sum of $50,001.00;

The adjustment date be September Ist, 1985, or as arranged;

The possession date be September ist, 1985, or as arranged;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary ..
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.
